This forum is for those of us out there that are literate roleplayers. It seems that literacy in roleplaying is diminishing. So, for those of you out there that are looking for a new chance to meet some great literate and sophisticated roleplayers.

PostSubject: Rules for Requesting a Roleplay   September 4th 2008, 10:10 pm

You must read these rules!

» First off, you must send a request via a PM to me when you want to create a roleplay. If you just post the roleplay you want to create in one of the categories in the Roleplay section without getting it approved by me first then I will delete it and we will have a nice little chat.
» When sending the request, you must follow this guideline:
» How Many Players You Will Be Accepting:
    » Title of the Roleplay:
» Genre of the Roleplay (if series-related then tell me the series as well):
» Plot/Story of the Roleplay (well thought out, please):
    » Rules of the Roleplay:
» Profile Skeleton You Are Using (for people who want to join):
» Once I received the request I shall review the information and then I shall either accept it or deny it. Don't worry, if I deny it then I shall tell you why. If I accept it then you may post it in the correct topic in the Roleplay section.

» If your roleplay is approved, there are specific things you must put in your title along with the name. You must put (in order):
  1. Whether it is open or closed (meaning no one else can join). This can be shown by either a [+] for it being open or a [-] for it being closed.
  2. How many players you are excepting. To do so you either put [P-] and then the number of players after the "-" or you put [P-1x1] if it is a one-on-one roleplay. Try to keep the one-on-one roleplays to a minimum. I really want this site to be about inclusion of everyone.
    - In fact, for every three multi-player roleplays there are there may be one one-on-one.
    - For example, there are two multi-player roleplays in the Series-related and three in Business. Well, then there can be one one-on-one roleplay in business but none in series-related.
  3. Title of your roleplay.
» When it comes to posting your roleplay. You get four posts to post everything. Here is what is located in each post:
  1. The plot/story of the roleplay.
  2. The rules of the role play.
  3. The profile skeleton.
  4. Accepted profiles.

That's it. Nothing more. Nothing less. I know there are the "Blacklists/Whitelists" out there and posts for banners and what not, but here at GD we shun such things since they merely take up space and can get annoying.
