Alright, so this is simple. We don't want ideas and suggestions that are half thought out or not thought out as well. No offense to anyone, but we want good, thought out ideas and suggestions that have time put behind them. So, just think things thoroughly and post quality suggestions. Also, if you like someones idea, but think of a way that it might be improved, then talk about it with them. Sometimes the best ideas are created as a rough draft and then talked about until they become excellent ones.
